Karen was superb in every aspect of the process of selling our home. She is highly professional, prompt, affable, extremely knowledgeable and tireless. She was always on time and reliable. We met Karen on a trip to Sarasota where had just begun our search for a home. She drove us around, explained the area and enjoyed spending time with her. We stayed in contact, returned to NJ and she sent us homes via email that would be a fit for us. On our next trip back to FL we spent more time going through countless developments until we finally decided on a beautiful new build. When I had to make another trip back to make all of my interior selections Karen offered to meet me and help me out as I was doing it alone. We were pressed to sell, because we had to return to England permanently. And Karen did everything in her power to make that happen: She paid for exception photography, and for advertising in the Herald above and beyond what her company provides. She kept us informed via phone calls, and sent us emails weekly with the results from showings. We couldn't have asked for anything more.
